NOTES

• I will decide the fee for any complex armor, weapons, etc. For instance, the minimum fee for armor, large props, weapons, wings, and overall complex designs for a full-body commission is $30. If the character in question has very intricate details that will take more time, I will charge more than $30. The same applies to any additional characters in the drawing.
  

• Any background drawn will be simplistic and will not contain a large amount of detail due to the fact that the focus is meant to be on the character(s).

• Any commission purchased containing “no background” will likely have a color or gradient backdrop that complements the colors used on the character(s) unless the client prefers just white. If so, please state that beforehand.

• After the sketch stage, details not mentioned beforehand will cost $10 to edit into the illustration. Please try to state all important details before or upon receiving the sketch to avoid the editing fee. It’s $10 PER EDIT.

• Clients who also pledge $5+ per art pack on my Patreon have access to commission discounts! Keep in mind that any Patreon discounts are only applicable after having pledged long enough for Patreon to charge you.
  

THINGS I WILL DRAW

• Human or like-human original characters and fan arts.

• Gijinkas (the humanization of animals, objects, brands, etc)

• Romance scenes

• Character designs or redesigns

• Pinups

• Pornographic scenes or depictions of explicit, sexual content. This includes visible genitalia. Breasts and buttocks are okay.

• Furries, children, the elderly

• Fetishes/kinks (including but not limited to: feet, vore, bestiality, scat/watersports, etc. as well as overly-large depictions of body parts)

• Cars, mechs

• Morally-questionable content, extreme gore, extreme violence

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the following before hiring me. If you’re contacting me, I’ll assume you have read my terms of service.

PAYMENT

PayPal USD only. I require full payment up front unless working with a new client who prefers the half-and-half method. If so, I will require half payment upon acceptance of the commission sketch and the other half upon completion. I will send the client a low-res version of the illustration with a watermark as proof of completion, the client will pay the other half of the payment owed, and then the client will receive the full-resolution, unwatermarked version of the commission.

TIME FRAME

I will finish your commission anywhere from 7-30 days. In the event your commission will take longer than 30 days, I will notify you. At the very latest, you'll receive your commission after 45 days unless there’s been an emergency on my end. Regardless, I will keep you updated on progress.

PROCESS

I will create a lightly detailed sketch and send it to you after payment has been received. At this point, you can ask for changes or edits. Keep in mind, this is your one chance to make changes. After this stage, you'll be charged $10 per edit if you’ve failed to mention it before. After this stage, I will line and color your commission, sending one or two WIP screenshots along the way. I'll do any final touches, sign it, and hand it off to you. You will receive a high resolution copy of your commission via Google Drive link or as a direct attachment.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

I reserve the right to terminate a commission or refuse working for any person at any time. Reasons for termination include poor communication and inappropriate behavior. If the commission can’t be completed due to my own fault or miscalculation, a full refund is in order. If the process is terminated before it’s finished (either by my choosing or your choosing), I’ll only give a partial refund and that depends on what stage I’m at with the piece. There are no refunds after the commission is finished.

OTHER INFO

As the artist, I have full rights to any and all commissions I draw. I can use them for private and commercial use. I can use them for marketing and advertising or for any other purpose I wish. I could go in and draw a pretentious mustache on it if I really wanted to. As the client/follower, you only have permission to use my work for private use. You cannot use it for commercial purposes nor can you edit and/or repost my work. Sure, you could go in and also draw a pretentious mustache on it, but if you post it anywhere on the Internet, you're violating my rights as an artist. That said, if you wanted to add some lettering to it and/or upload it to your page WITH CREDITS TO ME, that is fine, but please notify me in some way before doing so.
